Accident Board is not an "inferior court" within the meaning of section 9732, Revised
Codes of 1921, providing that an appeal from a judgment rendered on an appeal from an inferior court must be taken within
ninety days after the entry of such judgment; hence failure of appellant to serve and file its notice of appeal within ninety
days from the entry of the judgment of the district court on appeal from an order of the board does not warrant dismissal
of the appeal to the supreme court.
